David Sarajishvili established the first classical brandy making technology in Georgia.

The company produced its first product
1890
For producing the wine brandy, “Sarajishvili” always used classical technology - aging spirits in oak barrels. After France, Georgia became the first country in the Russian Empire that started to produce wine brandy and officially called it "Cognac".
Georgian brandy was awarded with gold medals at Paris, Brussels and Chicago international exhibitions.
1913
1889-1912
Company earned the exceptional status: “the provider of Russian Emperors house”.
1921
During the communist period, the brandy factory became the government property and was named as “Tbilisi Brandy Factory.”
1939-1954
The construction of current factory was completed. The collection of unique spirits distilled in different regions of Georgia was collected in this factory, including the oldest one distilled in 1893 -1905 under David Sarajishvili's leadership.
The company became the private property again, and regained the name “Sarajishvili”.
1994
2006
Sarajishvili's unique line was created. It unites special products, drinks, which embody the idea of its creation.
Was made complete re-branding and implementation of International Classification of brandy (cognac)

Sarajishvili brandy is being sold in 20 countries of the world
